How It Works: Seamless Snapping in 6 Simple Steps
We've streamlined the rental process to ensure maximum convenience for your event planning.
1. MESSAGE US

2. CHECK ITEM AVAILABILITY
Let us know your preferred date/s, unit/s to rent, and how many days
3. RESERVATION FEE
Secure your booking with a Php200/day reservation fee. (Non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed) (deductible to rental fee)
4. CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING DETAILS
Fill out the reservation form and ensure that all the details are correct.
5. SUBMIT REQUIREMENTS AND SIGN THE CONTRACT
Submit all the required documents on the day of booking and sign the contract. You will receive a copy of the signed agreement in your email after submission
6. Pick-Up or DELIVERY
Pay the remaining balance at least 1 day before pick-up. Pick up in Tagaytay-Sta rosa Rd, Silang Cavite or book via Grab delivery. (fees c/o renter)
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
SNAPMOMENTS by TJ
  1. Two (2) Valid Government-Issued IDs + Selfie with IDs
  • Place the current date on a piece of paper beside the IDs in the photo, taken on the day of booking
  • At least one ID must show your current address and signature.
  • For first time renters: Take a selfie with your valid ID
  • Accepted IDs : UMID, Driver's License, Passport, PhilID, PRC and etc.
2. Active Personal Facebook Accounts
  • Must be your main personal account.
  • We do not transact with:
  • Locked or private accounts
  • Business or brand-only accounts
  • Newly created or suspicious profiles
  • We reserve the right to deny rentals if verification is incomplete or suspicious.
3. Proof of Billing
  • Must match the name and address on your valid ID.
  • Accepted: Utility bills, bank statements, delivery receipts, etc.
  • For delivery receipts: I accept past delivered online orders (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok)
  • Please provide at least 3 screenshots showing your name and address that match your ID.
  • If your current address does not match your ID (e.g. you're staying in a condo or apartment)
  • I may request additional proof such as Grab, JoyRide or Angkas bookings.
4. Emergency Contact Person
  • Provide the following details in case we cannot reach you during the rental period:

  • Facebook and Instagram profile link
5. Willingness to Sign Rental Agreement
  • All renters must be willing to sign a rental contract to ensure transparency and security for both parties.
This helps protect both the renter and AG Snaps in case of loss, delay, or misuse of rental items.
Additional Requirement for Travel Rentals
For local or international travel rentals, a flight itinerary or travel confirmation is required. This confirms that the rental device will be used by the verified renter throughout the trip and helps ensure proper coordination for delivery and return schedules.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Advance Booking Required
All rentals must be booked in advance. Same-day bookings are subject to availability and complete submission of requirements.

Security Deposit
A P1,000 refundable deposit is required and returned after inspection. And will be returned within 48 hours after return.

Pick-Up & Return Schedule
Standard pick-up time: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Rental duration is 24 hours starting from your scheduled pick-up time. Late returns will be charged Php200/hour.
For renters outside Location 1Laguna and Cavity or Location 2 Legazpi City Albay:
Rental duration is 22 hours to allow enough time for return booking and delivery. This is due to occasional booking delays with couriers.

Item Care & Usage
Renters must handle all equipment with care.Do not tamper, jailbreak, root, or install suspicious apps on the devices. Use only the provided accessories (chargers, cables, etc.).

Damage, Loss, or Late Return
Any physical damage, water damage, or missing parts/accessories will be charged accordingly. In case of loss or theft, the renter will be required to pay full replacement value of the item. If another renter is affected, a full-day fee or forfeited of deposit may apply. Please inform us ASAP for extensions.

Item Condition
All items are sanitized, reset, and tested before release. Renters must check the item upon pick-up and report any issues immediately

Delivery & Pick-Up Option
Pick-up is available in Sta. Rosa Tagaytay Road, Silang Cavity.
Grab delivery is allowed (with premium insurance)
Lalamove delivery is allowed for rentals below P50,000 in value.
For devices valued above P50,000, Lalamove is not accepted due to limited insurance and prior issues.
All delivery fees for both pick-up and return will be shouldered by the renter.

Inspection & Checklist
Items are inspected upon release and return.
All inclusions (cases, cables, accessories) must be returned in the same condition.

Verification & Requirements
Renters must submit:
Two (2) valid government-issued IDs
+ Selfie with IDs
Proof of billing
Active personal Facebook and Insta. accounts
Signed rental agreement
Emergency contact person's valid ID and number
Snapmoments reserves the right to deny rental if verification is incomplete or suspicious.

Cancellations & Refund Policy
All down payments are non-refundable, as the slot is exclusively reserved and made unavailable to other renters upon confirmation.
Rebooking is no longer allowed under any circumstances.
Cancellations within 7 days from the rental date will incur a P500 cancellation fee, unless caused by natural calamities or a medical emergency with valid proof.

1. HOW DO I BOOK A RENTAL?
Send us a message on Facebook @SnapMomentsbyTj with the item, rental dates, and your location. We'll check availability and guide you through the booking process.
2. WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept GCash, Gotyme Bank, BPI. A ₱200/day reservation fee is required to secure your booking, with the balance paid before or during pick-up.
3. DO I NEED TO PAY A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Yes, a ₱1,000 security deposit is required and is fully refundable once the device has been returned successfully. Must be paid before or upon pick-up.
4. CAN I EXTEND THE RENTAL PERIOD?
Yes, you may request an extension as long as the device is still available on your desired dates.
5. WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN THE ITEM LATE?
Late returns will be charged ₱200 per hour. If the delay affects another renter's booking, you may be charged an extra full-day fee or forfeit your security deposit. To avoid penalties, please message us ASAP if you need an extension.
6. WHAT IF THE ITEM GETS DAMAGED OR LOST?
Renter will shoulder the repair cost for damages or the full replacement value for lost items. Please handle all rentals with care.
7. DO YOU OFFER RENTALS OUTSIDE THE SOUTH LUZON AREA?
We primarily serve Location 1 :Sta. Rosa Laguna, Tagaytay, Silang Cavite and nearby areas. Location 2 : Legazpi City. For locations outside our service area, please message us to discuss availability and delivery options.
8. HOW DO I PICK UP OR RETURN THE DEVICE?
You may pick up the item at our location 1 in Tagaytay-Sta Rosa Rd, Silang Cavite; and Location 2 : Legazpi City Albay, or book via Grab delivery (fees covered by renter). For safety and insurance requirements, we handle delivery bookings.
